That’s right folks, soon you will be able to get your hands on a $35 Android tablet. This slate was introduced to the world by India’s Human Resource Development Minister, Kapil Sibal. It has 2GB RAM, Wi-Fi and 3G, microSD storage, and it runs what looks to be Android 1.5. There’s also a video out and a webcam. Unfortunately this tablet may not make its way to shelves. The Indian government plans on giving this to schools and government offices. It is expected to arrive in mid 2011.
