The screenshot above was taken from Google Analytics logs. As you can see, Android 2.3 and Android 3.0.1 are out in the wild and pinging websites. Although it’s still tough to pinpoint, this pretty much confirms that Gingerbread will be Android 2.3 if you even care about the version number, I don’t. The version after Gingerbread, Android 3.0.1, I’ll call it Android H since Google hasn’t chosen the desert for this alphabet yet, is also in the wild. Android H is said to be the version of Android that’s tailor made for tablets. This means there’s some pretty cool Android tablets floating around out there, we need some ninja shots of these devices in the wild.
