If you’re one the lucky 5,000 that has a Galaxy tab 10.1 from Google I/O, the moment you’ve been waiting for is here. Android 3.1 is now live for the Limited Edition Honeycomb slate. The update procedure is pretty straight forward as well. All you have to do is go into your settings, click about tablet then check for updates. Choose United Kingdom at the prompt then setup a Samsung account and you’re good to go. Rooted users will be delighted to know that this update doesn’t break root but if you have a custom recovery installed, do not attempt. There should be a flashable zip file for rooted users soon.
