Motorola promised this device would receive a timely update to ICS and that obviously didn’t happen. Many users took them up on their promise and purchased this device over the Galaxy Nexus. Granted, Verizon’s Galaxy Nexus was stuck without an update for a long time but it is now running Android 4.1. If you opted for the Bionic, you’re long awaited update isn’t far off. Verizon has approved the ICS update and it will soon roll out to your device. No word on when the OTA will start, but the wait shouldn’t be long from now.
