This year, Samsung has been the best manufacturer at getting the ICS update out to their devices. That’s a far stretch from what they’ve done in the past. Android 4.0 is now available for AT&T’s Galaxy S II. Like most updates for Samsung devices, you’ll need Kies to update your device.
