The wait is officially over, ICS is now available for the DROID RAZR family of devices. Both the RAZR and RAZR MAXX are being updated to Android 4.0.4 now. Click here to find out how you can update your device now. The update will take between 20 and 70 minutes depending on how fast your data connection is at the time. Motorola has also setup a sit with a few demo videos of what your device will look like once it’s updated. It’s a pretty huge day for RAZR owners, hopefully the update doesn’t get pulled or is full of bugs. That has happened a few times in the past from Motorola.
