New data released by Chitika shows that Android 4.1 Jelly Bean usage is up 1500% in just two months. For comparison sake, it took Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich three months to achieve the same results. This data is most likely due to the fact that the Nexus 7 has flooded the tablet market. Android 4.1 still only accounts for 2% of the hits while Gingerbread devices racks up 57% of traffic. In the next month or two these numbers will show another huge jump in Jelly Bean devices as more Android 4.1 devices will be released and a few will receive their update soon.
