Apple is losing ground at a steady pace in most markets around the world to Android. In China, they are really getting their hind parts handed to them by Android. Apple only accounts for a minuscule 17.3% of the market share in that region while Android dominates with over 70% of the share.

This is mainly due impart to the of Android’s ease of customization. Carriers in China as well as the government themselves can alter Android easily to fit the needs of their consumers.
