Since Apple has won a few small victories against Samsung for the Galaxy Tab 10.1, it looks like they getting ready to take aim at all Android tablet manufacturers. The latest victim to be dragged into court over a frivolous lawsuit is Motorola. The company is being sued for the design of the XOOM Honeycomb tablet. Apple references the XOOM in the same complaint against Samsung that has been filed in Germany. We don’t know where this case is headed but there will surely be more to report on this case as it develops.
