Archos may have two more hits on their hands. The Archos 7 and 8 are not that far off in the horizon. There is now a video demonstration that features both tablets side-by-side. Hopefully these devices receive a major jump in Android before they are released. They both feature Android 1.5 which is a dinosaur now and doesn’t belong on any new Android device yet alone a high powered tablet. The 8 also has a resistive screen that many people may not like. All in all, they do look great and I think Archos will do the right thing and upgrade them before the release.
