Bell has just activated preorders for the Samsung Galaxy S III. The device can be purchased outright for $649 or $159 if you’re willing to sign up for a 3 year contract. Unfortunately if you’re looking to get your hands on the 32GB model you’d have to wait a bit longer. The 16GB version is expected to ship on June 20th if all goes as planned.
