Today we learned that Best Buy will be matching Amazon’s pricing for the holiday season this year. The company is scrambling to keep its doors open and moves like that will surely help. Another business venture that we may not have thought about was to introduce its own branded device.
Best Buy’s Insignia line isn’t new to most of regular Best Buy shoppers. It’s the companies own brand and it looks like they will be releasing an Android powered tablet under the brand real soon. An Insignia tablet has been spotted on Facebook. The device is said to feature a 9.7 inch display and it runs Android 4.0. Other specs include a 1GHZ processor, a battery that lasts 10 hours and it will retail for just $199. We don’t have much information about this newly leaked product, hopefully that will be released from Best Buy soon.
