T-Mobile just made the announcement on Twitter that the Dell Streak 7 will be released on February 2nd. This Tegra 2 powered 7 inch beast will run you $199 on contract for 2 years which includes a $50 mail0-in rebate. Or you can buy it outright for $449.99. That’s more than $100 less than the Galaxy Tab which is its nearest competitor in the 7 inch tablet market. It ships with Android 2.2 but Dell has stated that it will be upgrading this tablet to Honeycomb when it’s available.
