We’ve all heard about the release of Google TV this fall. Satellite provider Dish Network may be the lucky provider of this new service. They have been sending out surveys to their customers that’s Google TV related. There seems to be some features of Google TV that will be an exclusive for their customers. This survey may have ousted a Google branded Blu-Ray player.
Here are some features:
* Only DISH network will offer the full functionality and integration of Google TV. DISH is claiming some exclusivity here.
* The price point of $300 retail for the Google TV Box is the “assumed price.”
* A DISH Network box with Google TV integrated into it could have a price range of $199 – $229 with a $5 monthly fee
* A possible Blu-Ray player tie in?
