A new member of the DROID RAZR family is almost ready to hit the streets. The DROID RAZR HD has been spotted at the FCC. Once the device receives approval it’ll join Verizon’s 4G LTE stable of Android phones. The device specs still haven’t been officially announced but you can expect a 720p screen and the usual DROID RAZR form factor. Hopefully the battery from the RAZR MAXX makes its way into this device as well.
