HTC has just sent the Bliss to the FCC for approval. This device seems to be headed Verizon’s way as it has CDMA 850MHz and 1900MHz bands. And you can expect this to be another world phone from VZW as it also has 900MHz bands. Other than the 4 inch screen, not much else was revealed in the filings.
