If you’ve recently received the Android 4.0 update for your HTC Sensation 4G from T-Mobile and lost your data, we have a quick fix for you. The update not only disables free mobile hotspot but users have been reporting complete 4G data loss. To get your data back you can switch your phone into airplane mode for a few seconds or go into the settings, network and make sure the WCDMA/GSM is set to auto. This should clear up the problem, most likely a small update is on the way to fix this issue officially.

Forward-Looking Statements

This press release contains forward-looking statements that reflect the current views of Deutsche Telekom management with respect to future events. These forward-looking statements may include statements with regard to the expected development of revenue, earnings, profits from operations, depreciation and amortization, cash flows and personnel-related measures. You should consider them with caution. Such statements are subject to risks and uncertainties, most of which are difficult to predict and are generally beyond Deutsche Telekom’s control. Among the factors that might influence our ability to achieve our objectives are the progress of our workforce reduction initiative and other cost-saving measures, and the impact of other significant strategic, labor or business initiatives, including acquisitions, dispositions and business combinations, and our network upgrade and expansion initiatives. In addition, stronger than expected competition, technological change, legal proceedings and regulatory developments, among other factors, may have a material adverse effect on our costs and revenue development. Further, the economic downturn in our markets, and changes in interest and currency exchange rates, may also have an impact on our business development and the availability of financing on favorable conditions. Changes to our expectations concerning future cash flows may lead to impairment write downs of assets carried at historical cost, which may materially affect our results at the group and operating segment levels. If these or other risks and uncertainties materialize, or if the assumptions underlying any of these statements prove incorrect, our actual performance may materially differ from the performance expressed or implied by forward-looking statements. We can offer no assurance that our estimates or expectations will be achieved.
It looks like Best Buy has their hands on a few HTC EVO 4G LTE devices. The popular retailer is now sending out emails to notify everyone that their preordered device will ship on May 23rd. this is welcome news since there was no definite date set by HTC or Sprint after the handset were held up by the ITC. Things are looking good for a release in the near future. A week delay isn’t too bad, I’m sure most of you would wait even longer if you have too. Whenever this device does launch, it will still be a hug selling device just like the rest of the EVO line.

Check out our latest video review, an unboxing and initial impressions video of the HTC One X on AT&T. This is a sharp and snappy device and definitely one of the hottest Android handsets currently available on the market.

I would definitely recommend this device and really loved the sharp, crisp 720p LCD display and the fast and functional 8mp camera. The 1.5 GHz CPU and 1GB RAM should be adequate for any task you need to complete and the 16GB onboard storage is complemented nicely with 25GB of free DropBox space!

A few feathers might get ruffled with this latest announcement from Samsung. An updated version of their latest flagship device has been announced for release on NTT DoCoMo. The SC-06D is none other than the Galaxy S III but this version features 2GB of RAM instead of the 1GB that every other carrier will be receiving. We’re not sure why Samsung decided to double the RAM for this device instead of doing the same for every version of the device. The move was clearly done in the 24th hour in effort to combat LG’s 2GB of RAM offering. Maybe Samsung will decide to add this feature to all Galaxy S III handsets but that’s probably wishful thinking.
