Sony has just announced the global availability of the Xperia S. this device can be purchased pretty much in every market except here in the US. It features a 4.7 inch HD display, ICS upgradable, 12.1MP rear camera and a 1.5GHZ dual-core processor. AT&T will be getting a variant of this device later in the year. I guess we have to wait until then if you’re in the US unless you purchase an unlocked version.
