Cincinnati Bell has just announced the launch of the HTC One S. the device will be released on June 25^th and it will retail for just $199 after a $100 mail-in rebate. No modifications have been made to their version of the device. It still features the same 1.5GHZ dual-core S4 processor and HTC Sense 4.0.
