The Toshiba AT330 has just stopped by the FCC for approval. This is the huge 13.3 inch Android 4.0 slate that’s a part of the Excite line that will be launching soon. On June 10th you should be able to purchase this device for $650. I’m not too sure how successful a tablet of this size will be but I’m sure there’s a few of you out there that has been waiting for something this size to launch.
