It’s not every day you see a device reviewed before it’s even been officially announced from the manufacturer. But that’s exactly what we have here. The Sony Xperia ST21i Tapioca has been acquired by the guys over at Mobile-Reviews. The device itself features entry-level specs but it’s said that it runs Android 4.0 pretty well.
