Acer just put up the CloudMobile ICS device up for preorder. You’ll get a pretty good deal for the specs of the device. It only retails for £285 and it ships SIM-free and unlocked. This device features a 4.3 inch display with 1280x800 pixels, NFC, S4 processor, 1GB of RAM and an 8MP camera.
