Thanks to Sanos614 over at XDA.

Working apks for the My Water live wallpaper and weather widget from the transformer.
They look and work great on the Xoom! The water level increases and decreases depending on your battery level. This is a must have live wallpaper.
Instructions

Download the file then place it in system/app with Root Explorer (or whatever file explorer program you use)

Sorry I've been away. Does this work on a phone? I'm so out of the loop. :)

Welcome back bro, it didn't work for me. I think its made for 1280x800 resolution screens. You can try it though.
