Mine was in Dallas, 150 miles away, last evening at 5:47 PM. Hope I'm on the early delivery instead of how it usually is. It's out for delivery now, I can't go any where as it needs a signature :(, and I don't want to wait until Friday.

Got it at 7:30 last night, charged it over night. So far pretty happy happy with the unit, will be alot better when 2.2 is released the EOM. Have the market,maps and all the gapps working. Haven't tried to tether it yet but will try that at Thanksgiving at my in-laws, no wifi. Will post some screens and stuff Friday when I have some more time.

Droid explorer and adb doesn't work, no driver yet. Has a built in screen capture.

The 101 has a real nice music and video app, the battery life is awesome. Supposed to get 2.2 by the EOM. Here are some screens. 1 or 2 are a little choppy as it was a live wallpaper.

I would temp root it n get swapper with a swappiness of 100 at 128 mb. It does only gave 256 right? That'll end any lag if it exists.
