While it’s not an update to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, Galaxy S Blaze 4G owners are in for an OTA. The update will bring the device to Android 2.3.6 and it’s scheduled to begin today. Only a few handsets will be in the first batch for testing reasons. If all goes well, the rest of us will receive the update as well. Assuming that the updates go well, by the 8^th of August all owners of the device should be on the new version Gingerbread. Click here to find out more information about the update.
