Verizon has just activated this large 103MB update for the Droid 2 Global. You can now grab this update now by following the information listed here from Verizon’s Support Page. A new UI, a few new apps and a slew of other goodies are included in this update, more details can be found here. Be sure to read all of the information before you upgrade if this is your first dance with OTA updates.
