The Nexus 7 wasn’t specifically announced in the change log but this update was done to make the app perform better on the device. Gmail has been updated with better support for 7 inch devices. The usual bug fixes are along for the ride as well. Also, new API’s are available for labels that 3rd party developers can use. If you haven’t updated your Gmail app yet, click here to do so.
