Google is unifying their content delivery system under one roof, Google Play, now live and kickin’! The new one-stop-shop allows consumers to easily find apps, music, books, and movies from the same system. This essentially replaces the Android Market, Google Music, Google Books, and Google Movies (previously served from the Android Market page).
The Android Market site now redirects to the new Google Play Service. The new system will feel comfortable and familiar. This change is mainly a rebranding and unification. Users can now playback their music, read books, watch videos, and share content all from the Google Play system…
The Android applications will soon follow suit and get updated to reflect the new “Play” branding. So keep your eyes peeled! Check out the Intro Video after the break…
