The HTC One S has just been announced for release in Taiwan. However, this isn’t the device we all know and love is slightly downgraded model. It features a 1.7GHZ Snapdragon S3 processor. This is the same chipset from the T-Mobile G2 and it’s a generation behind the HTC One S that has been released everywhere before this version. The S4 is a significant upgrade over the S3 but if you’re into pure clock speed then this is the device for you. It should be strong enough to perform day-to-day tasks but it’s already outclassed and it’s just been announced. The handset retails for 17,900 Taiwanese dollars.
