The Motorola ATRIX HD LTE has made its way to Bell Mobility in Canada. The device can now be purchased for $600 outright or starting at just $50 with a new 3 year contract. This device features a Kevlar back plate similar to the one found on the Motorola RAZR. It also features a 4.5 inch HD display, 8MP camera, 1GB of RAM and it runs ICS out the box.
