Another one of HTC’s devices has been cracked. The Amaze 4G for T-Mobile now has perma-root. There’s a tool over at the XDA that will allow you easily root your device. As it stands, you can’t really do much but this is the first step to being able to fully customize your handset. A custom recovery image is currently in the works and should be released soon. Once that happens, you can expect a flood of ROM’s, themes, kernels and more.
