Verizon has announced plans to preinstall the Opera Mini Browser on select phones in the future. There’s currently no Android devices listed but expect the Droid Bionic to be one of the first with this browser instead of the stock Android browser. The Samsung Charge could also fall victim to this modification. Opera Mini is a really good browser but there have been many complaints in market lately. I would prefer the full Opera Mobile Browser over the Mini but we’ll see how this plays out. And remember, this is Android so if you don’t like it just go to the market and download a replacement.
