We now know at least one US carrier that will offer the Samsung Galaxy S 4. T-Mobile just published a landing page for the device. You can click here to sign up to be notified on everything about the device. Pricing, availability and more will be sent to you directly from T-Mobile. Yet another cool feature has been announced with the Samsung Galaxy S 4. Samsung Knox looks to take Samsung’s SMART to the next level by adding extra security to the Galaxy S 4. Now you can feel secure if you need the Galaxy S 4 for business use. For all of you fitness buffs, Samsung tossed in a few treats for you as well. The device will ship S Health. This app takes advantage of the phones seniors and can monitor your body temperature and the room temperature and humidity. You can also track your diet form within the app and there’s a built-in pedometer to tracks how many steps you take in a day. We’re going to need to get our hands on a review unit to cover all of the new features on the camera for the Galaxy S 4. You can now make GIF images from the devices, dual cameras that allow you to place yourself in a picture you’re taking and Sound & Shoot mode where you can add audio to your pictures. There’s no shortage of features packed into the Galaxy S 4. S Translate is on display and it allows you to quickly translate different langues while on the go. For example, you meet a guy on the street in foreign county and he speaks his native tongue and it the translation will happen on your screen in real time. Seems like Samsung didn’t do a good job at keeping this thing under wraps. The specs of the device are the same as we’ve heard before. It has a 13MP rear camera, 2MP FFC, 5 inch 1080p display and a 2,600mAh Battery. Samsung Galaxy S 4

 

Samsung just unveiled the Galaxy S 4 in NYC. The device looks identical to what we’ve seen in the leaks but that not necessarily a bad thing. The Galaxy S 3 nature inspired design will be carried on by the device. It will be available in LTE, HSDPA for multiple carriers around the world. You can pick up the Galaxy S 4 by the end of April. The founding father of Android has just stepped down. Andy Rubin will be calling it quits as the lead of the Android team. Sundar Pichai from the Chrome team will assume his position. Andy Rubin will however remain with Google in a capacity that’s currently unknown to those of us outside the inner circles of Google. Android has come a long way since Andy Rubin hooked up with Google back in 2004. We wish him all the best, this could be the final step needed before we see a merger of Android and Chrome. If you’ve been looking for a solid media device, now is the time to get in on the Kindle Fire. Amazon just dropped the price of the Kindle Fire 8.9 to $270 for the Wi-Fi model and $400 for the version with 4G LTE.
