The next version of Android tablet will be powered by quad-core processors. The first of these chips out the gat will be the Kal-El CPU from NVIDIA. Engadget got their hands-on a demo unit and put together this 5 minutes demonstration of this device can do. Before you take a look at this video keep in mind that this is just a reference model, Kal-El will likely power ICS devices only and it should be released soon. Just reading the specs in the title is enough to sell most users on this device. If I was anywhere close to the region where I can purchase this device, I’d jump all over it. Korean carrier KT Telecom is getting one of the strongest handsets ever released, if not the strongest. It features a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, qHD screen, Gingerbread 1 GB of Ram and an internal DMB-TV tuner. There’s also 16GB of integrated memory, microSD slot, SRS WOW HD audio, 1080p HD full HD recording and playback and its only 9.8 mm thick. This is an awesome device and hopefully it’ll make its way to other regions soon.

It going to be an EVO extravaganza on June 24th if this leaked document is real. It looks like the EVO VIEW 4G tablet could launch on the same day as the EVO 4G from Sprint. This tablet is essentially the HTC Flyer with Sprint’s 4G radios. I wonder if Sprint will be offering some sort of combo deal if you purchase both. That could be a great win win for everyone.
