
ASUS brought the Qube to CES this year. This is a unique looking Google TV device with an interesting design. It runs a custom cube UI over the traditional Google TV interface. ASUS says you can navigate through the UI just by waving the remote around in the air. We can wait to see this guy in action, hopefully we can get our hands on one soon. We knew Hisense was bringing a Google TV box or two to CES but we didn’t expect to see this HDTV. Hisense just pulled the curtain off the XT780 Smart TV with Google TV. The main attraction to this device is the inclusion of 3D. The TV will be available in either 55 or 65 inch versions and they both sport a thin 7.9mm bezel. Earlier today AT&T announced a pretty solid yet affordable new device. The Pantech Discover is now official and it launches January 11th for just $50. The device features a 4.8 inch 720p display, 16GB of internal storage, 1.5GHZ dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM. There’s a ton of awesome new toys on display at CES this year. Vizio brought with them two of the best tablets we’ve seen at the show so far. Vizio has a 10 inch Tegra 4 powered tablet on display and it looks great. The device features 2560×1600 pixels, NFC, 5MP rear camera and 1.3FFC, 32GB of internal storage and it runs Jelly Bean. They also brought with them a new 7 inch mid-range tablet that’s powered by a Tegra 3 processor and should be an affordable unit once it hits the market. Huawei brought two new devices to CES today. The first up is the Ascend Mate. This device features a massive 6.1 inch display with 720p resolution. It’s powered by a quad-core processor and it runs Android 4.1 out the box. There’s also a huge battery coming in at 4,050mAh. The Ascend D2 was made official today as well. This handset features a 5 inch 1080p display, 13MP camera and there will also be a 4.7 inch screen version of this device. Click the links above to find out more about both devices from Huawei. Today was a pretty big day at CES in Las Vegas. Netgear surprised us all with this announcement. They will be jumping into the Google TV hardware business with the NeoTV PRIME. The box features content from YouTube, Amazon Instant Video and Vudu. It has a nice slim and compact design and the remote has a few quick access buttons to help you get to the video content you will most likely use the most often. Yesterday nVidia made some big announcements at CES 2013. The successor to the popular quad-core Tegra 3 chipset was unveiled. This chipset boasts improved battery life and optional LTE chipset. See some of the major improvements below and the full presser after the break:

Cricket Wireless just announced the HTC One SV. The device will be available on January 16th for just $350. It features a 4.3 inch display, 1.2GHZ dual-core S4 processor, 5MP camera and 4G LTE. Google just announced a few new partners for Google TV. Asus, Hisense and TCL will be unveiling their new Google TV devices at CES. Google now has 9 partners for GTV that will offer devices in 10 countries. There are also a few new content partners like Amazon, SiriusXM, France24, Dramafever and more. We’ll find out more about Google TV at CES. I guess it’s safe to say Google hasn’t ditched the platform.
