Pandigital just sent a device to the FCC for approval and it has some special software in tow. Apparently this eReader not only runs Android, it also has a suite of included software from Pandigital which includes virus protection. The device itself will connect to Barnes & Noble’s bookstore and it QuickSuite Viewer, Facebook and the app store for the device is provided by SlideMe. Besides a 7 inch screen, other features include dual cameras, Wi-Fi, and an HDMI port. No word on pricing or a release date has been announced.
