Pantech was a late entry into building Android devices and when this device launches it could propel them towards the top of the market. The Pantech Vega R3 will be one of the most powerful devices when it launches. It features a 5.3 inch HD display and a quad-core S4 processor. There’s also 2GB of RAM, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, LTE, 13MP rear camera and 16GB of internal storage. There’s a good chance that this device will not make it out of Asia but if it does, it could be a huge selling device. Verizon seems to have a good relationship with Pantech so we might see it released for VZW here in the US at some point.
