You can now preorder the HTC EVO V 4G from Radio Shack. This device will be one of Virgin Mobile’s first 4G handsets. It’s basically a rebranded HTC EVO 3D from Sprint except this device ships with Android 4.0 and HTC Sense 3.6. The handset retails for $299 and you’ll save a ton of money by taking advantage of Virgin Mobile’s affordable prepaid network.
