Verizon is prepping an update for the Samsung Galaxy S III. Soon users will be receiving a notification for the update that includes a handful of cool new features and fixes. The highlight of this update is a new remote diagnosis tool. After your device is updated, if you have any issues with the handset a Verizon tech member will be able to diagnose the device without you bringing it back to the store.
