The first Android powered point-and-shoot camera has been spotted at the FCC. The Samsung Galaxy Camera is almost ready to hit the streets. This version of the device cleared with AT&T friendly 3G bands. The same radio frequencies are used by most Canadian carriers as well so this device could be headed up north if this isn’t the AT&T version. Odds are, Samsung will be making multiple variations of this camera and it could be available for all major carriers. Only time will tell, guess we just have to wait and see how this one plays out.
