We’re thinking the same thing, a follow up to the Galaxy S already? For now this is nothing more than just a rumor but many different sites seem to think it’s real. The phone you see in the picture bellowed is said to be the Galaxy S 2, aka i9200. This phone is rumored to be released sometime later this year and will come preinstalled with Android 3.0 or Gingerbread.

Samsung Galaxy i9200 specs should be:

* 4.3” 1280x720px Super AMOLED 2 display
* 2GHz CPU, 1GB RAM/4GB ROM
* 32GB of built-in flash memory, +32GB microSD card slot
* 8 mpx camera with FullHD video recording
* A-GPS, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi b/g/n
* 3.5mm audiojack
* accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity and ambient light sensors

As much as I don’t want to believe it, this does look pretty solid. These rumors first surfaced on Russian internet sites and judging from the specs, it could totally be real. We are aware that there are a few 2+GHZ CPU Android devices being released later this year or early next year. Some are even said to feature dual core processors. This phone would fall right in line with those devices and if its anything likes the first Galaxy S, it will be a very strong device and a standout among Android and every other phones.
