Bell just announced the Samsung Galaxy S II HD and it looks like the device will be released on May 3rd. it’s been spotted in the popular Canadian wireless carrier inventory with an expected released date of May 3rd. for a quick refresher, this device features a dual-core processor, Gingerbread but will be upgraded to ICS and a 720p HD display along with the usual specs found in the internal Galaxy S II.
