Samsung and NTT DoCoMo in Japan have just teamed up to release yet another variant for him Samsung Galaxy S 3. This device features a faster version of the quad-core Exynos 4412 processor and more RAM. The CPU is clocked at 1.6GHz and it has 2GB of RAM. Those are Galaxy NOTE 2 matching specs and it also ships with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. Since we’re stuck with the dual-core S4 version and Android 4.0 here in the states, this version will be a welcome addition stateside if it made its way across the ocean.
