Move over Samsung Galaxy Beam, soon there will be a tablet device powered by Android with a pico projector built-in. The Smart Devices SmartQ U7 could soon launch in China and it features a 40 lumen projector that’s capable of producing a 50 inch image up to 6 feet away from a wall or a screen. The device runs an unknown version of Android and it also features 1GB of RAM and a 1GHZ processor. Its main display is a 7 incher with 1024×600 pixels. This is a unique device and if it does well it could make its way onto more markets around the world.
