The quad-core Tegra 3 powered Toshiba Excite 10 is now available. You can now place your order for the 16GB version for $449 and the 32GB version for $529. The 64GB variant is now up for preorder and it costs $649. All three devices features a 10.1 inch display, 1GB of RAM, microSD card slot, microUSB slot, microHDMI and a 5MP rear camera with a 2MP FFC. Android 4.0 comes preinstalled on the slate and it ships in 2 business days. Take a look at the promotional video for a quick demo of the device.
