The US Court of Appeals has ruled that the Galaxy Nexus sales ban can now be lifted. The device was the first US casualty of the Apple patent nonsense. The device was pulled from sale for a short period of time. Google and Samsung managed to get out an update that allowed the device to continue to be sold. This latest development surely doesn’t sit well with Apple. I just want to know what happens to that nearly 100 million dollar bond that Apple had to post in order to make this happen. Hopefully it’s just lost funds and maybe it will be used for a better cause now.
