Next month Verizon will flip the switch on their long awaited LTE network. It seems the ad campaign has already started. You can find claims made by Verizon that they have the most advanced 4G network everywhere, there’s even a commercial below. Verizon’s 4G network is rumored to be launched December 6th in 38 metro areas, an LTE equipped phone isn’t expected until early 2011. Could Verizon end up on the short end of the stick in the 4G wars? It’s unlikely but the nation’s largest network is last to the game. The early bird usually gets the worm but this may be a case of saving the best for last.
