ZTE has beaten everyone to the punch in delivering a functioning quad-core Tegra 2 device. The Kal-El powered 7 inch slate was spotted in Beijing. It’s called the T98 and it features 1280×800 resolutions, 1.5GHZ clock speed, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, 5MP rear camera and 2MP front facing camera. There’s also a 4000mAh battery, 3G, Android 3.2 and its 11.5mm thick. There’s no word on a release date or pricing. A few more photos follow the break.
